2019/2020 Representative Season
Delaware Union looks to create a competitive environment for players that want to be a part of Delaware Union. Our goal is to give players every opportunity to grow and develop into the best soccer player and most importantly, human being they can be.

Delaware Union does not run traditional tryouts. We believe that players should get the chance to train in an environment where they can be comfortable and get a chance to be themselves. For this reason we have done away with official tryouts. We instead schedule individual player evaluations during our current team training sessions. Players will get a chance to train multiple times with our current teams and coaching staff. After the sessions the coaching staff will have an individual parent/player meeting to discuss the options to join the team.

Age groups that currently do not have a Delaware Union Rep team will have scheduled Player ID Training Sessions with our coaching staff. Players in those age groups would train with our coaching staff with the goal to form a team for the fall season.
